We're seeking a dedicated SAP Success Factors Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and supporting HR applications that streamline client's operations and enhance employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Develop HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and align with industry best practices.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HR applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR applications and payroll systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and security across all HR systems.

Consultation and Requirement Gathering:

  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with HR management to understand their needs.
  • Offer expert advice on HR technology solutions and best practices.

Project Management:

  • Manage small to medium-sized HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with payroll suppliers and other external vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and manage contracts and SLAs.

Training and Documentation:

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR and end-users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR applications and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR applications design, development, and support.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Experience in project management and vendor management.
  • Strong technical skills in HR applications and payroll systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations.
