Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for Estetica, a cutting-edge platform connecting salons, spas, and skin clinics with clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.


Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving excellence.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify market opportunities, create outreach plans, and ensure effective implementation.

• Oversee the onboarding of salons, spas, and skin clinics to the Estetica platform.


Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as the primary escalation point for high-value clients and resolve issues promptly.


Performance Analysis:

• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve team productivity.


Collaboration with Other Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide product development and marketing campaigns.


Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or technology sectors.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth understanding of sales principles, strategies, and CRM systems.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and track performance.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious revenue targets.

• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry or experience in SaaS platforms is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in managing remote or distributed sales teams.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.

• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their integration with sales efforts.
