Are you a finance professional who thrives on turning numbers into narratives and analysis into action? Boutiqaat is looking for an Assistant Manager – Business Finance to support and elevate our finance operations with strategic insight, smart automation, and data-backed performance management. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive budget efficiency, implement robust financial controls, and play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the region’s leading e-commerce platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare, update, and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets Conduct Budget vs Actual reporting with variance analysis and insights Collaborate with business units to align budgets and annual operating plans with KPIs Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports with business performance summaries Plan and manage working capital to support business needs and growth Review business processes, introduce automation, and financial controls for better efficiency Analyze and make recommendations on accounting, tax, and IFRS updates Support special assignments such as due diligence, internal controls assessments, and securities listings Review contracts, financial commitments, and transactions to ensure alignment with company policies What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CPA/CA/CMA are a plus) Post qualification 1-3 years of experience in finance roles with strong exposure to budgeting, MIS reporting, and process improvement Strong understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and working capital optimization Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial tools/ERP systems Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
