As an Assistant Manager - Accounts & Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing -- Accounting & Financial Reporting: End to End Accounting, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.- MIS Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Notes to Account and Ledger Scrutiny.- Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of Direct tax and Indirect Tax filings and compliance documentation- Audit Support: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Proficiency in financial software and MS ExcelWe are open for candidates who are looking for remote work as well.Typical Requirements-- Education: Completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance-.
