Our technology-driven app offers comprehensive care and resources, including links to the best of diagnostic labs, doctor consultations, educational content, engaging and first of its kind games, self diagnosing quizzes, fitness trackers, and a strong line of our own Nutra products, our first which many call as a Super Supplement has seen strong repeat sales within months of launch. The Global Women's Health Innovation Conference and Awards 2024. Miror has just given us the award for 'Innovation in Menopause Category We're confident that our unique approach will take us to our Unicorn goal, with a valuation surpassing $1 billion. Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and drive our sales strategy across all channels. The Sales Head will be responsible for all monetization including spearheading revenue growth, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, and building strong partnerships across online, quick commerce, and offline channels. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy covering online platforms (Amazon, Google, Meta, Flipkart, Tata 1MG, Zepto, Blinkit), quick commerce, and offline retail channels (modern trade stores, gyms, salons, national chains, nutraceutical shops, etc.).
- Align sales strategies with overall business objectives to maximize growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Provide mentorship and training to drive team success and individual professional growth.
- Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across all channels, leveraging innovative approaches and data-driven insights.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Partnership Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including online platforms, retail partners, and quick commerce channels.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key sales performance metrics (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Adapt sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and overcome challenges.
- CRM and Customer Retention:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Leverage customer data to create personalized sales approaches and enhance the overall customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales across online, quick commerce, and offline retail channels.
- Experience in the FMCG or nutraceuticals sector is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
