In just 12 months, we've scaled to a ~$4M ARR and arenow expanding our data and business strategy functions to fuel the next phase of growth.We're looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our business, product, andoperations teams. Your mission is to turn data and insights into actionable strategies — optimizingprocesses, improving decision-making, and driving growth across Oyela's product, supply chain, andcustomer experience.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations teams to understand challenges andtranslate them into analytical and process improvement initiatives.Create P&L weekly basis to track improvement parameterReporting to external investor, founders on weekly basis for major business metricsAnalyze business performance (sales, inventory, marketing ROI, customer retention,manufacturing ROI ) and identify growth opportunities.Partner with tech/product teams to define requirements for dashboards, automation tools,or internal systems to fasten internal processCreate and maintain KPI frameworks and business reports (conversion rates, orderfulfillment, repeat purchase trends etc).Evaluate and streamline internal workflows — from design to production, inventorymanagement to order dispatch, delivery to return flow etcSupport strategic projects such as pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and newcategory launches.Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, data-backed manner.Skills and Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a D2C, eCommerce, or apparelenvironment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Python pandas/SQL(basic querying).Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is a plus.Understanding of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rates, inventory turnover,working capital etc.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.A bias for action — ability to identify gaps and proactively drive change.Why join Oyela:Be part of a fast-scaling D2C brand redefining the future of fashion in India.Work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects.Opportunity to grow into a strategy or product role as the company scales.Dynamic, ownership-driven culture with a steep learning curve.
