Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

RLS Retail is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytic team. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges through data.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Analyst data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance drivers.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support data-backed decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across business functions.

Automate recurring data processes to improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).

Hands-on experience with SQL and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).

Solid understanding of data cleaning, modeling, and reporting techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Good to Have:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or other marketing data tools.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
