Resort Site Acquisition SpecialistA key role that entails identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable land parcels across India for establishing Nature Theme Resorts through long-term leasing arrangements.About the Role:This specialist will have a strong understanding of real estate, hospitality, and tourism-based land development.The ideal candidate should be able to identify and evaluate potential sites across India suitable for Nature Theme Resorts. Conduct feasibility studies including accessibility, topography, tourism potential, market demand, and environmental considerations.Negotiate lease terms ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance.Coodinate with internal teams (Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations) for project onboarding and handover of finalized sites.Monitor project timelines related to land finalization and acquisition processes.Contribute to developing a long-term site acquisition and leasing strategy for expansion.Key Responsibilities Include:1. Site Identification & Evaluation:The specialist will identify and evaluate potential sites across India suitable for Nature Theme Resorts. This includes conducting feasibility studies including accessibility, topography, tourism potential, market demand, and environmental considerations.2. Land Leasing & Negotiation:The specialist will negotiate lease terms ensuring commercial viability and legal compliance.3. Project Coordination & Execution:The specialist will coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations) for project onboarding and handover of finalized sites. Monitor project timelines related to land finalization and acquisition processes.Requirements:Graduate / Postgraduate in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Management, or Law. 8–15 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, leasing, site selection for resorts, hotels. Prior experience in PAN India or multi-state land acquisition preferred.
