Your organizational prowess, attention to detail, and adaptability will enable you to navigate a dynamic work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Responsibilities:Administrative/Executive Assistance: Managing executives' schedules, handling emails, preparing documents, reports, and presentations.Excel and MIS Reporting: Utilizing advanced Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports, preparing spreadsheets, and dashboards providing key stakeholders with accurate data-driven insights for informed decision-making.Handle Business Operations: Driving seamless business operations by overseeing and optimizing key processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.Project Management: Overseeing project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals; coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and mitigating risks to drive successful project outcomes.Data Management: Performing accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and managing file systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important information.Research: Conducting online research to gather relevant data and information and preparing summaries and reports to support decision-making.Vendor Management: Managing communication, documents, and invoices; processing and tracking orders, taking care of compliance, and vendor contracts.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of corporate work experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's/Master's degreeAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactivelyA team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levelsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote settingPrior experience in US healthcare (insurance, billing, or administration) is a plusSchedule (US Shifts Only):Eastern Time - 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayPacific Time - 9:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. IST, Monday - FridayLogistical Requirements:Quiet and brightly illuminated work environmentLaptop with Minimum 8GB RAM, I5 8th gen processor720P Webcam and HeadsetA reliable ISP with a minimum speed of 100 MbpsSmartphone
