Please note, this role is specifically for our internal team and does not involve BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or BPM (Business Process Management) activities. The focus will be on contributing directly to our in-house projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Providing operational support to clients throughout their onboarding journey on our tech platform to ensure smooth investment experience
Coordinating with regulatory bodies and related entities to resolve any issues that arise from client/partners
Collaborating closely with internal teams to quickly address and resolve queries
Communicating with clients and partners via phone calls or online ticketing system to offer operational assistance
Understanding client/partner needs and suggesting efficient solutions.
Requirements
Proficiency in both English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Good interpersonal skills to develop rapport through telephonic conversations and online chat interactions
Willingness to relocate to Chennai
Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred
Location: Chennai(Work from Office)
Compensation:
The offered compensation package will be based on the candidate’s prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)
