Primary Responsibilities: Sales Order booking in ERP system Customer accounts reconciliation, bill submission, payment follow up Maintain Tender sheet daily Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and profitability analysis. Manage contract documentation, approvals, LOI/PO acceptance, and commercial clarifications. Essential Skills: . Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with tendering formats. Good communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Desirable Skills and Experience: Exposure to government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, MSTC, etc.). Personal Attributes: Highly motivated self-starter. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Strong long-term commitment to making the company a success. Qualifications: B.
