Job Title: Business Development Team Leader - Commercial Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Team Leader to drive our commercial accounts and lead a team of business development professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to strategize and execute plans that enhance our market presence and revenue growth. Candidate should be aware of IT infrastructure solutions along with OEM connects and strong client base. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective business development strategies Identify new market opportunities and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Conduct market research and competitive analysis Prepare and present sales proposals and reports Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or sales Proven experience in a leadership role Strong understanding of commercial sales processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in business development and sales Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs Negotiation and closing skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
