The Sales Team Lead will manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include overseeing and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, maintaining excellent customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with other teams to enhance overall business performance.Qualifications- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to effectively guide and mentor a sales team.- Proficiency in Sales and Communication, with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and convey ideas effectively.- Customer Service excellence to build and maintain productive relationships with clients.- Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies for improvement.- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.- Previous experience in a sales leadership role is advantageous.
