Job Title: Senior CRM Professional About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned CRM professional to join our team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for leading quarterly planning, revenue targets, and campaign deployment plans to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content and segmentation strategies, conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, and maintain a healthy balance of growth with user experience. In addition, you will navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform, ensure smooth integrations, and collaborate with support teams to resolve any issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
