Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Professional to join our team as a subject matter expert within the business unit, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.Demonstrates proficient technical skills to handle client responsibilities, including industry trends and knowledge of alternatives.Takes on significant client responsibility as the client's trusted advisor, relying on industry trends to identify client issues and conflicts, proactively communicating solution options to clients and teams.Manages staff on engagement deliverables, completes technical and strategic reviews as part of the final engagement review team to ensure quality control standards are met.Supervises, trains, and mentors staff, listening and communicating effectively.Develops responsible, trained staff through performance feedback and evaluations.Drives a team environment, demonstrating support for management decisions and building a positive culture.Provides research on tax, accounting issues, and offers guidance to clients.Collaborates with managing directors on planning strategies.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Pass-Through entity (1065, 1120S) Income Tax Compliance preparation and review or U.S. C-Corporation Income Tax Compliance (preparation and review).In-depth tax technical knowledge of US Federal, State taxes, and International Taxes, focusing on Pass-Through entities (1065, 1120S), or C-Corporations (1120).Experience working with taxation tools such as CCH, Go-System, or OneSource.Candidates should have direct client interaction experience.Good verbal and written English communication skills.Openness to working from an onsite location is preferred.Proficiency in US Income Tax Research tools.BenefitsThis position offers opportunities for career growth, professional development, and collaboration with experienced professionals in the field.OthersWe value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and strive to create a culture that is supportive and inclusive of all employees.
