Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to conceptualize, design and implement technical architecture and solutions in client environments.The successful candidate will provide guidance to teams on high-level design solutions and reduce project risk through accurate effort estimation and team skills.Responsibilities include responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assessing application fit and preparing demonstrations to convey benefits to customers.The Solutions Architect will also prepare compelling product demonstrations as needed for solution defense, work with Observability portfolio of products, acting as a subject matter expert and Trusted Advisor.Additionally, the individual will interact with Sales team and customers to rearchitect enterprise Observability landscape, design and review technical product designs as per client requirements.Implementing technical architecture framework in client environment is another key responsibility of this role.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation, Enterprise Tools and/or Automation areas.Technical experience in Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation/AI, Operations Management.Strong background in Operations management.Bachelor's degree in science or technology or engineering, Master's degree preferred.Excellent written and oral English communication skills, strong documentation skills.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.OthersThe successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working on challenging projects and contributing to the success of our clients.
