This role is all about driving high-quality change, communication, and collaboration at pace — constantly challenging ourselves to improve and innovate.You'll be a key player in ensuring our teams are connected, informed, and empowered to deliver seamless change that truly delights our customers.What you'll be responsible for:Collaborating across Customer Delivery to ensure smooth, cohesive change delivery that supports both customers and colleaguesPartnering with Managers to align delivery efforts and ensure nothing falls through the cracksIdentifying opportunities to optimise and enhance our customer offeringMapping connections between teams and systems during change implementation, and supporting trade-off decisionsCommunicating upcoming changes clearly and concisely, while contributing fresh ideas to improve our approachSharing your knowledge and expertise in business readiness across the wider teamHOW WE WORKWe're passionate about creating outrageously great customer experiences — and we believe that starts with our people.
