Job Overview:We are seeking a Business Analyst, Finance to lead the development of financial data infrastructure, dashboards and reporting that enables the FP&A team and Executive team to make data-driven decisions. In this role, you will design and maintain dashboards in Looker, define and track new financial metrics and manage key data pipelines across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, TM1 and Greenhouse. You will also play a critical role in automating finance workflows, including processes for month-end close, and in building scalable reporting solutions to support executives and business partners.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation in analytics, reporting, and automation, who is eager to partner with Finance teams and deepen their understanding of financial concepts.Standard working hours of 4 PM to 12 AM ISTResponsibilities:Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Looker to provide actionable insights to Finance and business stakeholdersPartner with Finance leaders to develop new financial and operating metrics that improve visibility into business performanceDesign and manage data pipelines and integrations across systems including Looker, Salesforce, Workday, and GreenhouseDevelop and maintain recurring financial reports to support planning, forecasting, and executive reviewsDrive automation of finance processes, including workflows related to month-end close, forecasting, and reportingPerform ad-hoc analysis to support Finance team priorities and strategic decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across Finance reporting and analyticsBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Looker (or similar BI tools) and SQL, familiarity with Databricks (or similar large database)Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and system integrationsProven track record of designing dashboards and reports that drive business impactStrong problem-solving skills with ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured data solutionsSelf-starter with demonstrated proactivity and ownership of projectsPreferred Qualifications:Experience automating finance processes or workflows for accounting/FP&A teamsFamiliarity with financial concepts and interest in developing deeper finance expertiseBackground working with enterprise systems such as Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, Workday, TM1, Netsuite and GreenhouseExperience in a consumer technology or SaaS company Coursera is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
