KeyResponsibilities:


TechnicalExpertise:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource forsales teams providing presales support and expertise on networkingand cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentationsdemonstrations and technical proposals to potentialclients.
  • Conduct product and solution briefings toshowcase the value and benefits of ourofferings.


SolutionDesign:

  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers tounderstand their business needs and technicalrequirements.
  • Design and recommend tailored solutions thataddress client challenges and align with theirgoals.
  • Create detailed technical documentationincluding solution architecture diagrams and implementationplans.


Proof ofConcept (PoC):

  • Lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC)engagements ensuring successful evaluation and validation ofproposed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesduring PoC phases to demonstrate solutioneffectiveness.



CustomerEngagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships withkey stakeholders including IT teams decisionmakers andpartners.
  • Address customer inquiries provide technicalinsights and offer guidance on best practices forimplementation.


Collaboration:

Workclosely with product management engineering and support teams tostay current with product developments and industrytrends.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams based oncustomer interactions and marketdemands.


Training andEnablement:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops forinternal teams and partners to enhance their understanding of oursolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologiesmarket trends and competitive landscape in networking andcybersecurity.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology Network Engineering or a related field.Advanced certifications or degrees are aplus.


Experience:

  • Proven experience in a presales ortechnical sales role within the networking and cybersecuritydomain.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocolscybersecurity threats and solutiondesign


Skills:

  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to convey complex technicalconcepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the abilityto think critically andstrategically.
  • Handson experience with networking andcybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g. firewalls intrusiondetection/prevention systems VPNsetc.).


Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such asCCNA/CCNP CISSP CISM or similar are highlydesirable.
