Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Training Professional to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in imparting training on soft skills and behavioral skills to employees.Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with various departments to manage and assign training programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.You will also be responsible for assisting in audits, document reviews, and other departmental activities. Your expertise in developing training materials, supervising the planning and coordination of venues, timing, and modality will be invaluable to our organization.In addition, you will maintain incident reports, serve as a thought leader, mentor, and coach on continuous improvement tools, and drive change throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality training sessions on soft skills and behavioral skillsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programsSupport audits, document reviews, and other departmental activitiesDevelop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessmentsSupervise the planning and coordination of training events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipmentMaintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and outcomesServe as a subject matter expert on continuous improvement tools and methodologiesRequirements:Bachelor's or Graduate degree in business, business administration, computer science, or engineeringExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRMS, and Adobe Creative SuiteProven leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvementPrior experience as a Trainer or Instructional DesignerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
