Job Title: Regional Training Professional We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This pivotal role is crucial in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance across centres.  Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers. Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively. Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training. Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes. Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies. Requirements: Exceptional Communication Skills:Strong Facilitation and Delivery Skills:Prior Experience in Training, Coaching or Mentoring: preferably in sales/operations context. Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.2-6 years of experience in Training and Development required.  This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and development of our Centre Managers.
