About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Retail Commercial Pricing Manager in UK & Ireland team. The Pricing manager will lead on the pricing, reimbursement and market access strategy for Gx Portfolio with pricing, payer and market access research as well as support the wider business as necessary. It will also ensure delivery of pricing and market access solutions to Rx Hub on time and within budget, and actively contributes to the continued growth of the business.


What You’ll Do:

  • To manage system error issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth flow of sales.
  • To manage the top customer report and circulate on a weekly basis to Commercial team.
  • To ensure that custom declarations are managed on the TSS portal on a daily basis.
  • Execute assigned UK&IE Customer Service tasks within agreed timelines to the highest standard.
  • Ensure the customer and associated UK&IE stakeholders receive an excellent experience when dealing with the CS executive on every occasion.
  • Prioritize customer service tasks based on the need to exceed customer expectations and the commercial objectives, escalating to manager where appropriate.
  • Input Orders with 100% accuracy and tracking of orders.
  • Liaise with the stock and product functions of the Commercial support group to ensure all necessary information is available to handle customer queries accurately.
  • Support the Medical information team (MI) by answering and screening queries so that only those which require medical input and dialogue with a qualified HCP are routed to MI to improve efficiency for customer query resolution.
  • Document all external customer queries and maintain customer query activity log, closing out queries within agreed timelines to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Circulate stock allocation information to pre wholesale and wholesalers or regional leads as appropriate.
  • Proactively provide feedback and follow up to customers and encourage feedback from customers on their experience.
  • Advise manager and regional leads of any recurring or changing trends observed in customer behavior.
  • Adapt customer service practices as instructed by Manager to meet the evolving needs of the business demonstrating ongoing efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Bring ideas for improvement of processes or practices as appropriate to manager for consideration in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the CS function.
  • Remain compliant with SOX, Company policies, relevant SOP’s and Working instructions at all times.
  • Contribute to making ADVANZ PHARMA a desired place to work.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Pharma/science background in relevant subject or equivalent in experience.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Must have significant experience with Pricing Mechanisms and Tools ideally in a Gx Environment.
  • High business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment.
  • IT competency across Excel and ability to learn and develop systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work with different Global culture and different time zones.
  • A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
