We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager - Global International Tax Advisory - Transfer Pricing to the Global Head of Transfer Pricing , this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Service Centre and its’ growth. Key Responsibility: Scoping and delivery (within existing International Tax Advisory team) of multi-country Transfer Pricing advisory opportunities and solutions – to existing client base, with supportive commercial sales team. Managing and delivering global Master File/Local File projects and advising on global Transfer Pricing documentation requirements. Transfer Pricing policy review and design, functional analysis interviews and supply / value chain analysis within the context of global documentation projects. Preparation of benchmarking analyses across goods & services / IP / loans and industry analysis reports. Full range of Transfer Pricing advisory matters and opportunities to expand the team and delivery of Transfer Pricing work, across Vistra. Key requirements: A quick learner and self-motivating personality Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills Excels in project management, people management, and organisational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Global Transfer Pricing specialism – 3+ years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience. TNMM benchmarking experience with the Moody’s (Bv D) database and the local Indian benchmarking databases. Experience in delivering Master File/Local File documentation engagements. Proactive and self-motivated, professional and commercial outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision Chartered Accountant with 3 plus years of experience.
