Job Title: Transportation Operations ManagerJob Summary:As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency in managing transportation operations and serving internal customers. Your expertise in system maintenance, freight pay exception management, and reporting will enable us to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve overall performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of analysts to drive process improvements and ensure quality and timeliness.Identify opportunities for automation and cost savings.Develop and implement strategies to enhance transportation services.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Collaborate with Technology and Product Teams to drive improvements in tools and systems.Requirements:8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with 6+ years in Supply Chain and 3+ years in Transportation.4+ years of project management experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.Skills and Qualifications:Excellent understanding of Supply Chain concepts and good knowledge of Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Transportation processes.Project management experience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents for presentations to Senior Leaders.Strong stakeholder management and strong foundation in Math/Finance.Advance knowledge in MS Office and Lowe's Data Platforms, with ability to extract and cleanse data.Excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, national origin, mental or physical disability, or medical condition.
