Join Waytoogreen and be part of the movement to create a greener, healthier future.Location: Mumbai Reports To: Customer Support/Community ManagerRole Description The Customer Support Associate provides prompt, empathetic, and effective front-line support to students and prospective users, ensuring a positive experience with the Waytoogreen platform.Key Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone regarding enrollment, platform usage, and course content.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through the platform.Maintain the knowledge base and FAQ sections.Track and categorize support tickets, escalating issues to the Manager as needed.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Experience: 1-3 years in a customer support or client-facing role.Skills: Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and a high degree of empathy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.Attributes: Patience and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
