Candidates need to be fluent in English.Key Responsibilities:User research reports and personas;Journey maps and workflow diagrams;Wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs;Usability testing plans and reports;Design system documentation and guidelines;Regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders;Knowledge-sharing materials and presentations for internal stakeholders;Document design;Requirements:Bachelor or Master degree;+7 years of development experience in UX design for digital products;Proven track record of leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications;Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping;Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop);Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles;Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams;Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus;Fluent in English;
