Visionary User Experience Designer

UI/UX DeveloperWelcome to our organization We are looking for a seasoned UI/UX Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of user interfaces for products.You will work closely with our team of business and technical specialists to create innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a member of our successful team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and services.Main Responsibilities:Participate in workshops and interviews with business process subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements.Define, design, and develop wireframes and UI for client applications and in-house products.Collaborate with automation/RPA and .NET/Web developers to integrate the UI with client/in-house products.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator).Experience building responsive web/App designs to create applications that adapt to multiple screen sizes/devices.Conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and gather user feedback.Used visual aids like wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts to plan and present user interface designs.At least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in analysis, design, development, and delivery of web-based applications.Mastery of hand-on design and development using C#.NET.Proficiency in ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.Experience with jQuery, Client Object Model, Service-Oriented Architecture, and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principles.Brief understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.Desired Characteristics:Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical and problem-solving skills.High Emotional Intelligence.Embraces challenges.Team-oriented rather than individual contributor.We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Chance to work on various projects and technologies.Collaborative team atmosphere.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
