Job Title: Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and vendor management, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for various services, including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for all program-related needs, including printing of IEC materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.).Ensure transparent documentation—purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures and ensure they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines.Qualification and Skills:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
