Procurement Strategist

Procurement Specialist Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to enhance our strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost-reduction initiatives.This role will oversee supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support global programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budget requirements.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Establish procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency.Maintain ethical, transparent, and sustainable procurement practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in service-based procurement (training, events, technology, marketing) is an advantage.
