US Federal Contracts SpecialistWe seek a detail-oriented and motivated US Federal Contracts Specialist to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.Job Summary:The role will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review & ComplianceAssist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for stakeholders.Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Audit & Monitoring SupportAssist with internal reviews and external audits.Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Proposal & Pre-Award SupportReview solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Collaboration & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with internal contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.Knowledge/Skills:Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work EST Time zone.Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts.Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids.
