In this role, you will provide critical support to our U.S.-based financial operations, contributing to tax compliance and the delivery of accurate and timely reporting.This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of tax and accounting principles and U.S. GAAP compliance, who excel in dynamic, collaborative environments driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-border teamwork.The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset—committed to delivering excellence and driving meaningful impact within a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120) for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determinationHandle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open itemsStrong experience preparing or reviewing Form 990Familiarity with Schedule A (public support test) and UBIT issuesExperience with clients that receive government grantsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CPA, EA, or pursuing is a plus.Benefits & Perks:Health Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundMarket Leading Leave PolicyPaid Holidays per Calendar YearEmployee Recognition & RewardsOne of the best cultures of benevolent meritocracyJob Details:Title: Senior Tax AssociateAnnual Compensation: As per Industry StandardWork Schedule: In-Office for Delhi, and Remote for good outstation candidatesNature: Full timeShift: 9-hour shift between 5 PM – 5 AM ISTLocation: Delhi, India
