Seeking highly skilled Reservation Specialists to support a leading short-term vacation rental company. This remote position in India requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.Responsibilities include processing refund requests, resolving billing discrepancies, handling guest inquiries, providing recommendations for local attractions, and ensuring full compliance with company policies.Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with established guidelines.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Competencies:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity.Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.Qualifications & Experience:Skills:Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Abilities:Strong oral and written communication abilities.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.Requirements:1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred). Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.Work Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zonesSalary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)Education: Skills, experience, and voice quality hold higher value than formal degreesPassionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a smooth guest experience?
