Organize culture programs and events that foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement. Manage employee data and lifecycle updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows. Execute internal policy around company asset and data management. Assist in continuously improving how we use HR tools to automate routine tasks.RequirementsEssential Skills: Expertise in HR systems and processes with a focus on employee experience and operational excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Proven ability to drive cultural change and implement programs that promote inclusivity and transparency.
