Looking for any Graduates with 3 to 4 years of experience and having relevant 2 years of experience.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products, offer and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Making sure that the Key Account Manager is achieving business from Key Accounts from his area /segments
Lead generation for all related products and services as per KRA-KPI
Making sure the KAM are achieving their Target
Support to other managers for joint account working and team for group target achievement
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key
Good understanding of CRM Software.
Should be ready for field sales.
KRA
Proven experience in key account management.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
The ability to build rapport with key clients.
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
