Job Role:US Recruitment SpecialistAs a US recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US-based clients in the civil engineering and architecture domain.You will coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our ATS or CRM system.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and screening candidates for US clients in the civil engineering/architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.What We Offer:A challenging role in a dynamic environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive salary and benefits package.Recognition and reward for outstanding performance.
