Join a dynamic sales team as a Client Relationship Specialist.As a key member of our business development unit, you will identify and acquire new clients through effective relationship-building and consultative sales approaches.Utilize your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to source and screen candidates for various positions and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.Responsibilities include:Sell recruitment services to new and existing clients via outbound sales presentations and networking activitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and specified geographic regionsIdentify client's staffing needs and provide comprehensive staffing solutions using a consultative sales approachDemonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentSource candidates through various channels, including internet job boards, referrals, internet resources, and direct recruitment methodsScreen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirementsCoordinate interviews with potential candidates and manage job postings schedulesRequirements:2+ years' experience in staffing industry or IT/ITES sales (inside or outside sales)Available for work from home with own laptop and high-speed internet connectionRelevant skills and interests in pursuing a career in USA staffing and recruitment industryProven experience working with phones and other recruiting tools to source active and passive candidatesEarning Opportunities:Earn Rs 500/- per candidate profile successfully submitted to manager – efficiency directly boosts incomeReceive Rs 1000/- per candidate placed into client interview – success in matching talent earns moreStable Base Salary: Enjoy a reliable monthly income ranging from Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/- tailored to experience and expertisePlacement Incentives: Secure placement and receive a substantial bonus of Rs 25,000/- – contribution to team's success is highly valuedBenefits Package:Significant Annual Bonus: Receive a 10% bonus on total annual Placement Incentive earnings, recognizing consistent performanceFamily Health Insurance: We care about well-being.
