We are seeking a dynamic Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead sales outreach and drive delegate attendance for our Hotel Guest Experience Forums across India, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.This role can be full-time or freelance and is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment.The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality executives and ensuring high-quality participation at our regional and global forums.Sales & OutreachIdentify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels.Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and to attract senior decision-makers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners.Serve as the main point of contact for delegates, providing excellent customer experience before and after events.Event Coordination & SupportCollaborate with the marketing and events teams to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines.Maintain accurate CRM records and delegate databases.Support the delivery of regional and virtual events when required.Market ExpansionResearch new market opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.Provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings.
