Team and Culture: - Product designers live at the intersection of business, technology and human values - Our 130+ global team of designers, researchers and content writers work seamlessly to create intuitive experiences. - We are aggressively shaping the future of event industry through research driven designs - We are passionate, creative, and we take pride in our company’s intrapreneurially culture - Experience of working on enterprise software Day to Day Responsibilities: - Create workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and other deliverables - Manage projects independently, and collaborate with researchers and content designers - Drive design practices and champion human centered design in an agile environment - Present your designs to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating the decisions made - Adopt our product design system - UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines Requirements: - Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in product design. - Good understanding of user centered design principles. - Well versed in design, critical thinking, problem solving, and prototyping tools - Experience of working on enterprise software is a bonus
