Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial analysis. You will play a key role in providing strategic financial insights to support the growth and sustainability of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and other applicable accounting standards.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.


  • Taxation & Audits:

Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax.

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion of audits in compliance with Ind AS.

Assist in the preparation of tax filings, financial analysis, and advisory on tax planning.


  • Management Reporting & Analysis:

Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports, including variance analysis and insights on financial performance.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the business.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including cost analysis and profitability tracking.


  • Financial Controls & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and implement best practices in financial management.

Identify areas of financial risk and recommend measures to mitigate them.

Support the implementation of robust accounting policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance.


  • Stakeholder Liaison:

Work closely with other departments (e.g., HR, operations, legal) to ensure accurate financial data and resolve any financial queries or discrepancies.

Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and banks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • CA Qualified
  • Applicants with experience in digital marketing agency would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
  • In-depth understanding of taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and compliance.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
