Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities from initial engagement through to solution design and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise, including solution design and product demonstrations, to support the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, including scoping, pricing, and solution design.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Represent HCL Software at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales or tech sales, preferably in the analytics/marketing technology industry (e.g., Adobe, Google, Tealeaf, ContentSquare, Glassbox, Fullstory, Salesforce).
- Strong technical knowledge of analytics/marketing technology, including behavior analytics, customer experience analytics, marketing automation, and data management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value for clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience in scoping, designing, and pricing solutions for clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Travel:
- 50%+ travel required
