About the Role:
We have been engaged by a well-funded Fintech and Workforce Management Company, backed by a leading VC in Silicon Valley, that straddles Resource Management, Mobility, Payments, and technology in the B2B space.
We are seeking a creative digital marketing manager to join our founding team. You should have expertise in marketing in the B2B space, preferably SAAS platform driven service offering.
You will develop and execute strategic communication plans, manage brand messaging, oversee content creation, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Marketing Strategy Development:
Design and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy tailored to the company's objectives.
Plan and manage campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring optimal ROI
2- Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and foster skill development within the team.
3- Content Management:
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content, including blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
4- Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop innovative social media strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and growth.
5- SEO and SEM:
Optimize the company website for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.
Monitor keyword performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
6- Lead Generation and Nurturing:
Design and execute lead generation campaigns targeting decision-makers in the US and global markets.
Develop workflows for nurturing leads and converting them into clients.
7- Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
8- Collaboration Across Teams:
Work closely with sales, product, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage internal communication platforms for consistent messaging.
9- Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research on market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.
Implement data-driven strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
10- Event Marketing:
Plan and execute online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and gifting initiatives to enhance brand recall.
Qualifications and Skills:
Postgraduate in Marketing (MBA), Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT Consulting, Workforce Management, or related industries.
Previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
