Job Description –
As our IT HR Support Specialist, you will:
Provide technical support for HR systems, mainly Oracle HCM.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by HR team members and end users, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all HR systems.
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of new system features, upgrades, and patches.
Conduct user training sessions when new functionality is launched and develop support materials, including manuals and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training of system-specific questions to IT HR team members.
Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and proactively recommend solutions or improvements.
Ensure data integrity and security by regularly auditing system data, managing user permissions, and following compliance protocols.
Work with external vendors and service providers to manage system updates and resolve technical issues.
To contribute to this role, we see that you have:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR systems administration, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and audit practices in HR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with system implementation, testing, and user training is a plus.
