Job DescriptionOur organization seeks an experienced legal professional to oversee privacy law, compliance, internal audits, and operational privacy management for its campuses across India. The candidate will report to the group's Global Data Protection Officer.This role will involve exposure to cross-functional teams and external partners, including universities, clients, and vendors.The candidate will support our data privacy program, ensuring compliance with Indian and global privacy laws and regulations.Develop and implement campus-wide privacy compliance strategies in accordance with Indian data protection laws.Conduct regular privacy and data protection audits; identify risks, recommend, and track remediation measures.Coordinate with operational teams to ensure robust processes for handling personal data.Required Skills and Qualifications· Minimum 4 years of experience in privacy or compliance, with exposure to audit and operations.
