Cloud Transformation SpecialistOur organization is seeking a skilled Cloud Transformation Specialist to lead the setup and configuration of cloud contact center environments. This individual will work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.This role requires strong knowledge of cloud contact center platforms, specifically Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating cloud contact centers with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk.A good understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch is also essential.The responsibilities of this position include:Setting up and configuring cloud contact center environmentsCollaborating with business teams to gather requirements and design technical solutionsBuilding backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIsIntegrating cloud contact centers with CRM and support systemsSupporting user testing, deployment, and documentationTroubleshooting issues and improving existing contact flowsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:At least 7 years of total experience in the contact center or CTI space3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectProven experience working in a consulting role for cloud transformation projectsStrong knowledge of cloud contact center features, including contact flows, routing, queues, and agent setupExperience integrating cloud contact centers with CRMs like Salesforce or ZendeskGood understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatchBasic scripting skills with Node.js or PythonExperience building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon LexNice to Have:Exposure to legacy CTI systems such as Cisco, Avaya, or GenesysAWS certificationKnowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTCExperience with Amazon Connect Tasks, Contact Lens, and Wisdom
