Join us as we continue to innovate and support enterprises in optimizing their processes and maximizing their potential through high-quality cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities• Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud• Build and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware• Develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs• Review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team• Partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics• Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support• Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars tooQualifications• 6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development• Strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL• Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a big win• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services• Ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room• Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations• Certification is a bonus.
