About the RoleWe are seeking accomplished technology professionals to drive large-scale transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services domain.Key Responsibilities:Lead consulting engagements in Core Banking, Lending, CRM, Trade FinanceDefine IT Strategy & Roadmaps, drive Legacy/Core Applications Transformation, and shape Enterprise ArchitectureDelve hands-on coding/programming, design, and implementation of digital solutions across the customer lifecycleCollaborate across business and IT silos to deliver agile, reusable solutionsInfluence industry thought leadership and support business development effortsBuild and manage strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of transformation programsSkills & Qualifications- 2–10 years of post-qualification experience,- Strong expertise in financial services, digital technologies, and business/technology strategy- Exposure to APIs, AI/ML, cloud computing, mobility, and automation- Proven track record of delivering business value from technology in large-scale programs- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills; comfortable engaging with senior executives- Education: MBA preferred with a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fieldsWhy This Opportunity?This is an exceptional chance for talented individuals to contribute to driving digital transformation in the financial sector.
