Job Description As a Head - Digital Transformation and IT, you will: Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure and systems. Implement innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance with industry regulations. Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital and IT needs. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the organisation competitive. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve organisational goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Head - Digital Transformation and IT should have: A strong educational background in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Proven expertise in managing IT systems and digital projects. Knowledge of the financial services and trading industry. Experience in implementing cybersecurity and compliance measures. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
