About the RoleThis is a challenging position that requires an architect of our go-to-market engine. As such, you will design and automate workflows, integrate platforms, and build data pipelines that fuel measurable growth.This role is not your average operations job. You'll cut manual busywork and supercharge GTM efficiency by automating everything. Furthermore, you will own integrations across various tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Slack, and Trello.You will turn data into direction by building dashboards and pipelines that give teams actionable insights. Additionally, you will engineer processes to spot bottlenecks, standardize what works, and create repeatable systems. Lastly, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to align systems with strategy.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong knowledge of go-to-market systems and revenue operations principles.Hands-on experience with automation tools, including Clay, Zapier, Make, and n8n.Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript a plus).Crm know-how, specifically in HubSpot and Salesforce.A systems thinker with a love for automation, scalability, and documentation.Bonus Points If You Have:Demand gen or sales enablement workflow experience.Exposure to BI/data engineering concepts.Familiarity with B2B sales cycles end-to-end.
