Job Description:Spearhead strategy and execution to engage our user base as a key marketing function. This role focuses on growing revenue from users who have not previously chosen our offerings.Responsibilities:Own quarterly planning, revenue targets, develop campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metricsCollaborate with creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teamsUnderstand internal business unit needs and consumer behavior to formulate content and segmentation strategiesConduct user segmentation & personalization experiments with proper testing frameworks, identify wins for broader implementationMaintain balance of growth with user experience for long-term growthNavigate CRM platform technical aspects, maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC)Conduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they ariseMaintain rapid execution for growth while adhering to business complianceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA is advantageous4-7 years of CRM experience in rapidly growing digital-first businessesProven bias for action and desire to make an impactExperience deploying marketing campaigns across channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and SMSStrong data and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQLExcellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skillsGlobal market experience is beneficialBackground in high-growth B2C products/services with consultative sales is advantageous
