Purpose of Role
The Ideal candidate will be part of a collaborative team of Tech Support Engineers as that work together, and independently, to solve the problem for various projects like charging stations, 2&3-wheeler, and buses.

Experience & Qualification
Candidate should have Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing domain, with Diploma/BE in Electronics/Electrical/computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
Tech Support Engineers (TSE) primary role is to ensure up time of mQIS system specifically Station software deployed in the field.
Proactively updating and deploying software updates, through remote connection or onsite visit as required
Re-actively addressing alerts that require configuration or software services changes.
Collaboratively work with hardware teams to troubleshoot issues both during production and after field deployment.
Assist with Testing of new stations being produced with software setup, software integration and certifying station functionality
TSEs are well versed in basics of computer hardware, networking and Ubuntu Linux, shell scripting. Programming skills is a plus.
Willingness to learn tools, interfaces and proprietary systems and apply the same to troubleshoot issues is essential
Problem solving, a quality mind-set and collaborative attitude is a must & able to manage the team.

Role Specific Skills/Competencies
Proficiency in Linux operating system, Docker ,Basic hardware knowledge, Shell scripting
Basics of networking (ethernet , dhcp , gateway , route )
Basic Coding language - one of (c , c++ , python , java )
Able to work independently, Manage time efficiently
Technical understanding of Electric and Software /automotive
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
